Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or print-on-demand items (unless defective or damaged)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
